It doesn't pass the smell test.


A secret ballot cast is just that. The absolutely last thing that would be acceptable is for anyone from a political party having anything to do with a ballot after it has been cast. I guess Lara would have MLB do away with home plate umpires and let the catcher and batter argue over balls and strikes?
