I'd assume if a bunch of kids stood in front of a black student gathering


and spewed vitriolic racist garbage -- there could easily be disciplinary action, which there should be. How about students preaching at a Hillel meeting that they wish Nazi Germany could have finished the job? Same if it wasnt speech but they were handing out the most vile racist garbage that you can imagine ----- point being I think there is pure speech that could do the trick ---- all still legal, but not without potential severe discipline from a university. I don't think this is that ---- but this is pretty bad.
