Being a crooked prosecutor engaged in lawfare on behalf of Donald Trump's political opponent, Smith naturally hid the true nature of the case evolution behind bogus redactions. Cannon had them unsealed so that the court, the public and the defense could all see the reality of the criminal lawfare occurring behind the scenes in this bullshit case. And now we see it (though those paying attention already knew this to be the case).

Which leads us, of course, to the third layer of comedy: That you won't even find this story in your Fake News, which hide truths from you over and over and over. That makes it easier to pretend not to know things, of course, but it doesn't change reality.
