understand why people loved going there so much. Finally went a few years ago when I was already a 50-something because a daughter lives right outside Vegas, and enjoyed it. (I'm not a gambler, mainly because I only seem to lose) I was surprised at how clean and family friendly it was. Tons to do there even if you don't have any interest in gambling with shows, good food options, and even just people watching. And lots of options for day trips from hiking, to Hoover Dam, to even the Grand Canyon tours. Been back a few times, including for a couple of Raiders games. And other than mandatory losing bets on the Hoos, still haven't gambled, and would happily return.

Only did a brief stop in Nashville on a trip, so I've only seen it briefly. Would love to go for real one day. And I hear it's possible to actually go watch good music, even without having to drink. :-)
