…gonna give you some free advice. As with any left-right debate, it is the leftist (you) trying to tell the rightie (me) and everyone else why they have to change their lives to accommodate your wishes. Hence, the onus is on you to prove your point and persuade or, failing that, use force. Since lefties can almost never persuade, you can see why leftist regimes eventually resort to force.

So, in this instance, if you want to persuade, I suggest you do three things:

1) Take a step back and consider how absurd it is to base your premise on the idea that we know what precise temps were all over the world through the millennia and find something more believable.

2) Cite scientists/experts in support of your argument who receive zero government or leftist funding for their work AND who show their work.

3) Propose solutions that do not require any degradation of lifestyle or new taxes or spending.

If you can do these three things, then you might be able to broaden your appeal beyond the fever swamps.
