Will Congress pass the Tax Relief for American Families and Workers Act?

It's hardly an admission. Biden has consistently opposed extending the 2017 Trump tax cuts, which are due to expire. It is in his budget.

That does not mean that new tax legislation can't be introduced to keep lower rates for some taxpayers. Biden says that he wants to extend the tax cuts for those making less than $400K.
