You see, our problem for the past 4 yrs has been labor shortages. That’s what every economist sounded alarms about. Immigration is one major under-considered factor that’s caused those alarms to be unnecessary. So given that supply/demand reality your rwnj politics prevents you from acknowledging, wages are increasing - statistical reality Tommy lad, no matter how much you deny it - at a rate of between 50 and 100 basis points faster than inflation. As opposed to say, 300 bps faster, which would allow you to cry about Biden inflation ever more gleefully.
