Somehow Donnie confused Robert E Lee with the leprechaun in the Lucky


Charms commercials.
It must have been damn scary (for them) when he would have conversations on national security with advisors like Milley, etc. I have a feeling that even Ronald Reagan in the final months of his tenure was more aware.
