I know that he's innocent because...

...the "crimes" charged are not crimes. Thus, the "evidence" is beside the point.

For example, the evidence might show that Trump had documents with classified markings at MAL, but that is irrelevant because it is not a crime for a former POTUS to possess such documents, which is not only obvious based on the law and Constitution, but also based on how the Biden and Clinton cases were handled.

As another example, the evidence in the fake Bragg case is that Trump paid an attorney in New York and recorded the payment as a legal expense on his books. But paying an attorney for legal services is not a crime. Further, paying off a porn star to buy her silence is also not a crime. Further, keeping secret such arrangements is not a crime. Thus, the potential evidence is irrelevant, as there is no crime.

And so on.
