Good post -- other than I prefer the author's reference to a tale of two

protests in general rather than feeling the absolute need to characterize this as only an acceptable "left wing" example. I am certain there are plenty of UVA Law students compelled to voice their concern about Justice Mitchell's analysis who are not fairly defined as "left wing". Not every single discussion has to be defined through this kind of lens.
