I have turned on this that at least on certain sports, someone who
Transitioned after puberty shouldn't compete with biological women by birth. However, this made me reconsider hormone therapy prior to puberty either. Previously I don't think that should be done. But if transition afterwards would deny them certain aspects of normality of life, shouldn't that be more considerate on allowing that if the child is certain of their self identity? With my boy, we are certain he is "male" as early as 5 or so.
