It does but but I’m not sure about some of the details in that article


“To be able to afford a $402,343 home, it takes an income of $110,871, according to Bankrate”. Maybe with a 200K down payment. But with a 10% down payment that’s well over 3k per month payment including taxes and fees and I don’t know anyone who’s qualifying or making that on $110,871.
