I think it would be justified. He’s throwing punches. Obviously not with the intent to connect (yet) but you can defend yourself against a crazy person throwing punches.

I don’t know if pre choke video exists of the Daniel penny situation, but from what I’ve read, the guy was yelling and acting erratic, but not actually threatening anyone. You don’t get to choke someone for yelling

So no one has to live at the mercy of someone throwing punches at them contrary to what liars like JM will try to have you believe.
