Yes, there’s traditional immunity to presidents for act performed within

The official duties umbrella. The newest suit is apparently charging that this was a personal photo op, and not within his official duties. I suspect we’ll see what the Supreme Court says about this immunity issue. Presidents should not be above the law. I kind of thought that was fundamental.
