Yes, it's on signs before you enter. I f'ing hate it. Govt should build


sufficient infrastructure for the population. You don't pay a premium for reliable water or sewer. Roads are basic infrastructure. Idiots in western Virginia screaming about paying for NOVA roads are actually subsidized by NOVA, not vice versa. County road XXX doesn't get enough traffic to pay for its own maintenance via gas taxes so high volume roads pay for it. People are idiots.

The so called public private partnerships are a cowardly politician's way to brag about getting roads built while costing taxpayers more in the long run and sending the profits abroad. Many of these roads are foreign owned.
