Not if it puts those truly in need in an even worse position in terms of


getting actual care. Those on Medicaid even before expansion now have to wait even longer or go without if you don't also increase the number of providers sufficiently to cover the new customers.

That was one of the two obvious issues with Medicaid expansion. You didn't even need to pass the bill to see that problem was in it.
