Political neophyte Youngkin didn't have the chops to get this thru

the General Asembly. He basically refused to negotiate with the Democratic heads of the respective appropriations committees and they cut the whole thing from the budget.

I fully expect to see a Youngkin veto of the retail weed sales bill soon now that the arena deal is dead.
