I’m not - I think we’ve seen this script before. Not all that different


from GameStop a few years ago or any of the other meme stocks. Retail investors band together like a mindless mob and follow…someone. Or oppose somebody else. More social movement than financial analysis.

Trump is the ultimate centerpiece for a meme stock. Now it’s just a question of whether those paper gains sustain all the way through his vesting in 6 mths. I’m sure a lot of people will lose a lot of money - time will tell if Trump will be among them. Although really, he’s playing with house money, so it’s more of a question of the size of his windfall. Some shareholders may be unwitting campaign (legal fund) contributors.
