My favorite JM-ism is when he scored a “gotcha” with Disney’s

“Risk factors” language in their 10k which he thought was an admission that their woke movies have hurt their business when it was standard legal boilerplate “risk factors” language that had been in their 10Ks for years and certainly since before “woke” was even a thing.

If he’s still practicing law, I feel for his clients and even more so for his professional liability carrier.

What an embarrassment he is.
