Regardless, that changes nothing else that I said -- any bank lending to Trump would be targeted one way or the other by this corrupt regime in NY, which is intentionally making their political opponent -- Trump -- toxic to ruin him financially. No loan is worth that risk, and, even if it were worth it for the bank, they'd have to price that risk into any loan to Trump, meaning it wouldn't be worth it to him.

Same comment holds regarding the likelihood of a successful appeal -- there is no chance Trump will get a fair hearing in New York at any level, so the ruling will probably stand. Chance it gets to SCOTUS maybe on 8th Amendment grounds, but I wouldn't hold my breath. This is our country now -- complete banana republic. Buckle up.
