Again, detaining someone solely for their immigration status


isn’t the same as the reason for the stop. If a cop stops someone for loitering and holds them because they are illegal then it’s a legitimate reason. I have no issue with this happening.

If a cop sees someone walking down the street and not violating any law and stops them asking for paperwork then that’s against their rights and the law should be thrown out.
