…would point out that in an election year in which the entire Democrat Party is collaborating to jail, bankrupt and remove from the ballot its political opponent on fabricated charges, a few yahoos yelling at an Arizona board of supervisors meeting doesn’t really register as a meaningful concern for democracy, does it?

As for charges of voter fraud, I’ll just repeat what I’ve said ad nauseam in the past: If you want people to trust elections, then set up election rules that would foster trust and then follow those rules. Right now, many places are doing the opposite with predictable results like this episode in AZ. This isn’t hard.
