Hey, it's just the very first "fact" that turned out to be an easily refuted falsehood.

"In the body camera video of a police officer’s interview with Benedict on Feb. 7, the day of the fight and the day before he died, he described how three students 'jumped' him after he threw water on them because they were bullying him and his friend over the way they dressed."
