Ukraine (logistics), he has more bodies on the ground and apparently doesn't have any quarms about the human toll. He has more everything on the battlefield. Certainly, we have provided a means to slow him down and it has worked but it won't last. Putin has already threatened to use nukes and unless the west is willing to call that bluff, I don't see the Russian changing his position. What is possible is if the pain is too great than the parties might agree to concessions of land and call it a day. That's not being defeated. I don't understand your "MIC" statement. We already possess the means to flatten most of our potential adversaries. We're not going to commit ground forces unless a coalition is involved and I'm not even sure it would happen then.
