It's worse than that. The conspiracy happens TWICE. Once in the first


month after the report.... then they do a SECOND revision the next month. Outrageous!!! But this is only a conspiracy when the revisions are downward. When they're upward revisions.... well, we don't talk about that.

But if they're going to do these revisions, they at least need to put them in the report so everyone can see them, and not hide them........ Oh wait.

Just so dumb.
