It's not arguing to increase that either. And you could say that doing so


would add downward pressure on wages as he talked about, so I'm not sure why you're suggesting he's doing that. Nor do I remember him actually passing legislation to increase it, even when he controlled both houses.

But we can start with accepting the position he stated, and move on from there wrt increasing legal immigration as and if needed.
