…have ALREADY been extorted and railroaded. That is past tense.

The appeals court deciding as it did has done nothing so far but send one case back for resentencing. The other 100 or so cases affected by this ruling will now have to go through years (and a small fortune) of appealing their own sentences (while they still sit in jail on those charges) in a DC court system clogged with these fraudulent cases just to right the wrong done to them. Even if they win, they lose, which, of course, is one of the key drivers of leftist lawfare.

(As an aside, this is the second example of an appeals court ruling that corrupt prosecutors and trial courts have abused the law to over-sentence J6 protestors, the first being the fraudulent parading sentences doled out by these scumbags).

As for the motivation of the appeals court, who knows, but the law was so obviously abused by prosecutors and the trial courts that had the appeals court upheld it, then they would have been humiliated by SCOTUS following the next appeal, so perhaps they just wanted to avoid having egg on their faces.

As I mentioned before, the upcoming appeal at SCOTUS on the bogus use of an obstruction charge — which has been the lynchpin felony used to extort and persecute J6 defendants, including Trump — by Garland’s goon squad is likely going to blow this whole farce to bits by June when they toss it.
