For starters, Fox is in the rage/entertainment business, not a journalistic

entity. That being said, they knew who this guy was and booked him anyway. Why? Because he was looney enough to come on, get some notoriety, and say what they wanted him to say. So, if they can't be sued by anyone, no harm/no foul.
