Proceeding was brought by an individual who claims she suffered career damage because a story about her being investigated by the FBI was leaked to the press. So this isn’t the Democrats doing anything, this is a judge, trying to find a balance between protecting journalists confidential sources and a woman who suffered damages to her personal life because of a leak from the FBI.
