You mean a bill that actually passed a House and does make meaningful
reform? Why is it you guys trying to laughably shift the blame never start with that as a negotiating point and recommend changes as you see fit? Seems more appropriate than constantly whining about a bill you couldn't even pass in the Senate you control.
