There’s a big difference.

Of course it’s one that a fucking Supreme Court Justice doesn’t seem to understand.


At the end of the day, Trump wants to trample on the first amendment rights of a private company (Twitter, Facebook, etc.) by forcing them to say his speech. That’s the government violating their first amendment rights by forcing government speech on private companies.



Elon Musk should be able to tell Joe Biden to go fuck himself and not post any Biden stuff if that’s what he wants. It’s his company. That’s how the first amendment is supposed to work.
