Joe did rescind stay in Mexico, for good reasons, but kept title 42 in place until the courts said enough is enough, the pandemic is over.
And along the way, we have been able to negotiate with Mexico, a much better relationship, and their willingness to cooperate with the new set of border procedures put in place last spring.
