Abbott is at it again. I'm not sure which is worse, that he brought the suit or that the court agreed with him. If this provision of this bill is invalidated then every damn bill passed by a majority of proxy votes is unconstitutional.
Why would anybody vote Republican? The whack job judges should be tossed too. If you can impeach Mayorkas then you can impeach these lunatic judges.
