Yes, Dan. But about that matrix, it makes some assumptions.
Here’s two. First, it assumes in the upper left block that people act rationally. They don’t. And it assumes in the bottom two blocks that spenders of somebody else’s money don’t act as rationally as they should. Money doesn’t spend itself. People have jobs that require managing, and managing the spending, of someone else’s money. They’re measured on how well they do that. Some do it better than others.
