What’s not included in there is that likely the only reason remain in Mexico was able to stay in place as long as it did was because the title 42 pandemic emergency law made it relatively moot. We weren’t admitting anyone because of the Covid pandemic anyway.
When the pandemic ended under Biden, he tried to keep title 42 in place and the courts would not let him
