voter registrations ARE tied to voter ID! The current process connects voter registration to drivers licenses (valid photo ID). For new licenses, documentation to get a license would indicate whether or not the person is a citizen and eligible to register to vote. If not a citizen, they wouldn't be registered to vote.

Or, in cases where it's not a new license, it accurately updates where the person is eligible to vote (which is what you want for voter integrity!). I literally went through this process in Georgia a couple years ago when I moved. When I updated my drivers license for my new address, they updated my voter registration to my new district/county to ensure I would no longer be able to vote in the district of my previous Georgia address.

They're trying to cater to the idiots who don't understand how elections work with their nonsensical explanations - when what they're really trying to do is limit the number of people who vote. That's it. And it does the exact opposite of their other stated claims of wanting voting integrity.
