The Steele dossier was leaked by buzzfeed. This Russian propaganda was disseminated by House Republicans trying to impeach the President.

There’s probably not much of a case for Fox’s bullshit reporting before the guy was charged, as they could state they were merely reporting his lies. But now we know they are lies. If they continue down this narrative, in my non-legal opinion there might be a case of willful malice (unless they can use the Tucker Carlson defense of no reasonable person should believe Fox News).
