Because I disagree with you that Biden has been bad

I think the Biden admin has been the most effective administration this century. Seriously, and I don't even think it's close. They've had a lot of successes.

I also don't think Biden is mentally gone the way that you do. I do cringe when he talks, because he sounds old and he does make mistakes. But I don't think he genuinely has dementia (I've seen dementia with multiple grandparents) and I don't think he's going to keel over. I trust that there will be sound decision making in the proverbial 3 AM phone call situation.

So that leaves you with policy, which is how you always justified Trump over whichever Dem opponent you were considering. At this point, I prefer Dem policies over GOP policies. It's not that I would be afraid of WW3 with Nikki, but I don't want her appointing replacements for Thomas and Alito and I don't want the GOP to undo the progress on climate and energy policy that the Biden admin has made. Sorry. Also, your hypothetical Haley vs. Biden matchup isn't going to happen, regardless of how you or I vote in the next few weeks. :-)

One side note: someone on Twitter made a good point yesterday regarding the "lesser of two evils" argument of Trump vs. Biden. It's a bad comparison, because Trump is actually evil (if you view kowtowing to and praising Putin as evil) and Biden is old. I wish Biden wasn't old, but he isn't evil, he takes the job seriously, and he's surrounded by competent people. None of those is true regarding a second Trump administration.
