2nd term, whether job creation or anything else, it was a match with those numbers in Trump’s first 3 years. So using actual evidence he caught a wave and rode it. I think his regulatory rollbacks were accretive to the economy and his tariff wars, especially with allies, were destructive. Pretty much a wash.

“I” didn’t say any such thing before his first term, but then, he wasn’t promising to invade blue states with red state guardsman, or promising a 10% tariff across the board on Europe, so, Trump 2.0 comes with more flashing red lights (for thinking Americans) than his first rodeo.
