Mr. Biden‘s guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.”
That’s from page one of the transcript of the Hur report. From the bottom of page 4 to page 6 he list six reasons for not being able to establish guilt beyond reasonable doubt. Only one of those six is Biden’s supposed feeble memory, and sympathetic position because of his age, to a jury.
Hur even acknowledges, that each of those is a reasonable explanation.
