Elena Cardone, bless her heart, has gone to the trouble to set up this fund raiser for The Donald, and there is only $165,000 in donations to help Trump pay his penalty. I can see from taking a look at the list of donations that a lot of unwealthy people have done their best with $5 and $10 contributions, but it's time for the ones with real money to come forward. (Elena's hubby, Grant Cardone, is worth about $600 M so I'm sure he'll be ready to make up any shortage.
