My brother tried a case as an outside Commonwealth’s attorney when the

Defendant was a local law enforcement officer. The local Commonwealth’s attorneys office was either disqualified or recused themselves due to relationship with the local officer, so baby bro came in from several counties over (not sure how or why he got chosen).

He said he was harassed the whole week by local LE and was “escorted” out of the county (at a distance of about 6”) by his friends in law enforcement.
