Unstable and trigger happy is not a good combo as a police officer.


Guy should be in jail for those actions. Police officers sign up to do an inherently dangerous job, and I commend them for that. However, incorrectly "fearing" for their own life should not be an excuse police are allowed to use to discharge their weapon. If they are not objectively correct (not a reasonable officer standard, but objectively correct) that their life was in danger, they should be removed from the police force and, potentially face criminal charged. They sign up to protect the public, not themselves.
