He means what he says, he just has the attention span of a five-year-old,


And no value set other than his lust for fame, power, and money, so he’ll say anything if he thinks it’ll be his advantage. He believes nothing.
If you don’t think he would cut and run on NATO, you’re a fool. If he thinks it’s to his advantage, he’ll cut and run on anything and anyone.
And he was that way in 2016 and before.
