So if Trump's claim that DOJ has been "weaponized" against him is true


and that Biden is directing the effort to try and eliminate a political rival, why would Biden allow a DOJ special council report on him to be so critical? If Biden is running the Justice Department, why would he ever allow such a report to be made public?

The answer, of course, is that no one is "weaponizing" DOJ and special councils are, in fact, independent of any oversight from the Oval Office.
