Dan posted an article without comment, so...


...Hoodeac was responding to the article, not Dan, who is irrelevant to the conversation. Hoodeac was trying to be cute in hallucinating a double-standard on the right, but he ended up stepping on a rake, as there is no double-standard other than by deranged, hypocritical lefties who have called for Thomas to recuse while applauding Pan. End of story.

Both judges are biased, as all judges are biased, but that is an entirely different matter from whether a judge should recuse.
