Hint: they’re not. The constitution requires a bill to pass both houses of Congress in order to become law, so your repeated claims that House Republicans have somehow solved the border situation are silly. When the border patrol union endorses a border bill perhaps you should give the bill some actual thought instead of mindlessly following Lord Trump-Christ’s self serving orders.
