I believe I've already said; we've needed immigration reform for some time


both for protection for the immigrants AND to bring in much needed labor to address our shortages. There is an economic benefit to the United States and we can do it in an orderly fashion and still meet our obligations under asylum laws.

What is not needed, nor wanted, is continual demonization of these people or threats of violence against them. Nor do we need MAGA's "solutions" to include nullification, ignoring the Supreme Court, or secession as viable options. Nor do we need members of the MAGA caucus to kowtow and kiss the ass of a failed former president.
