Anymore than 0, 3 yrs later is too many most likely.
Considering how many have been sentenced to terms shorter than that. Now TBF, some of those may have remained longer they should have due to their own decisions.
But to answer your question, I believe it's still several dozen. Article I just found says it was 175, but that was from June.
That wasn't really the main point I was trying to make, but it's certainly an important one. And of course, we wouldn't be lacking for those arguing they should've all been released on no cash bail, if not for their political motivations assuring them that these folks are the most super duper of threats to the democracy and public.
