No...another example of Biden..


trading good politics for good policy. Similar to his SFR draws (and lack of replenishments to date - look for those to start in December). Nobody actually thinks this is good policy except those uneducated young voters who still think we can replace fossil fuels in their lifetime. But you better get them to the ballots!
